The MAJORITY of what most people Think is Customer Service and what is taught by most institutions about your Ideal Customer is Absolutely WRONG!!! While there are many similarities about Customers the small Differences that Really Matter Most to your Customers are as important as the little hinges that Swing open Big Doors.
